Communication/Parents Teacher Meeting

  • The parents will be kept informed of the child's progress through the progress report card.

  • To encourage parent/Guardian interaction all the Teachers and Principal shall be available for discussion of any problem, complaint, and suggestion for the improvement of the child at the time announced/informed through ward's diary/School Calendar.

  • Parent must not wait for P.T.M. to discuss their child's progress. They may contact Principal on any working day with a prior appointment or may contact on telephone for academic matters only.

  • Parents are not allowed to meet the teachers during the school hours without prior appointment. For routine queries the parents may send a note in the school diary.

  • Occasional reports from teachers are made in the school diary, parents are requested to put their signature as a proof that they have read them.

  • Parents are requested to sign the report cards and all other similar documents related to their children when requested.

  • Changes in address or telephone number of Parents/Guardians must be intimated to the school in writing without delay, failing to which the school will not be responsible for non-receipt of communications.

  • Parents are welcome to visit the school and meet the Principal during his/her office hours. However they are requested not to enter the classroom during School hours. Parents are not allowed to meet teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal and Section In-charge. Complaints relating to academics, if any, may be made to the principal or the section in-charge.

  • Teachers of this school are not permitted to give private tuition to the pupils. If a teacher, teaches well in the class and if the student is serious, there is no need of extra tuition. Parents must discuss this with their wards.

  • Restrain the child from use of luxurious items (jewellery, perfumes, and cosmetics etc).

  • Discourage your child from T.V addiction.

  • Parents are expected to attend all parental orientation programmes/workshops as and when organized.
